Terms of Service — Ai Text To Speech

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Ai Text To Speech’s website and text to speech studio (the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use Ai Text To Speech.

1. The Service

Ai Text To Speech is a free online text to speech converter. You may paste text, choose a voice, preview speech, and download MP3 without creating an account. Features, voices, and limits (including a 5,000-character limit per conversion) may change.

2. Eligibility

You must be old enough to form a binding contract where you live (typically 18), or at least 13 and using the Service with a parent or guardian’s permission if local law allows. Do not use the Service if you are under 13.

3. No account

Most features work without registration. You are responsible for how you use the studio from your device and network, including any text you submit.

4. Acceptable use

You may use Ai Text To Speech only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Submit or generate speech that is illegal, including sexual content involving minors.
• Use the Service to commit fraud, scams, impersonation for crime, harassment, or threats.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity, or privacy rights of others.
• Attack, overload, scrape in a way that harms, or bypass security or rate limits of the Service.
• Upload malware or attempt unauthorized access to our systems or the speech engine.

We may rate-limit, suspend, or block access if we believe these rules are broken.

5. Your text

You retain whatever rights you already have in the text you paste. You represent that you have the right to submit that text for speech synthesis.

You grant Ai Text To Speech a limited license to transmit your text and settings to the speech engine and to generate, host temporarily, and deliver audio back to you so the Service can work.

6. Generated audio

Subject to these Terms and applicable law, you may use, download, and distribute MP3 files you generate for personal or commercial projects such as videos, podcasts, lessons, and accessibility — including YouTube, as long as your content itself is lawful.

You are responsible for how you use the audio. Do not present AI speech as a real person’s unconsented voice in a way that violates the law. Voice names in the library are synthetic neural voices, not an endorsement by any individual.

To the extent allowed by law, Ai Text To Speech does not claim ownership of the text you submit or of the audio generated solely from that text.

7. Our intellectual property

The Ai Text To Speech name, logo, website design, and software remain ours or our licensors’. These Terms do not sell the Service to you. You may not copy the site, brand, or voice library as a competing product.

8. Free service, no fees

The studio is offered free of charge and without credits. We do not process payments on this site today. We may change, limit, or discontinue features, including free access, with or without notice.

9. Third-party voices and engines

Speech is produced by a third-party neural text-to-speech engine. Voice availability, quality, and language coverage depend on that engine. We are not responsible for third-party sites linked from Ai Text To Speech.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY OF SPEECH, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. Speech may contain errors. The Service may be interrupted.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, Ai Text To Speech AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR CLAIMS RELATED TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED USD $100, OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE PRIOR 12 MONTHS (CURRENTLY $0), WHICHEVER IS GREATER. SOME PLACES DO NOT ALLOW THESE LIMITS; IN THAT CASE THEY APPLY ONLY TO THE EXTENT ALLOWED.

12. Indemnity

You will defend and indemnify Ai Text To Speech against claims, damages, and costs (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your text, your audio, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights.

13. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms. The effective date will change when we do. Continued use means you accept the new Terms. We may suspend or stop the Service, or block abusive traffic, at any time.

14. General

These Terms are the entire agreement between you and Ai Text To Speech for the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains in effect. Failure to enforce a term is not a waiver. You may not assign these Terms without our consent.
